Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all waste clearance services provided by Hampshire Waste Clearance Services Ltd (company number 09265674), waste carrier licence CBDU165419.

Quotes

Quotes issued from a photo or description are indicative until our crew has seen the load on-site. Fixed prices confirmed on-site are honoured for that job.

Payment

Payment is due on completion by card, bank transfer or cash. No deposit is taken.

Access & safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the items to be cleared. We reserve the right to decline items that pose a safety risk or that we are not licensed to remove (asbestos, clinical, chemical waste).

Waste ownership

Ownership of waste transfers to us on collection. A waste transfer note is issued for every job as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Liability

We carry £5 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to direct loss and does not extend to consequential loss.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two hours before the booked slot.
