Hampshire Waste Clearance Services Ltd ("we", "our", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you contact us for a quote, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, postcode, service details and any photos you attach to a quote request. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

Solely to provide a quote, arrange collection, issue a waste transfer note and, where you consent, follow up about future clearances.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is shared only with our own crew and, where legally required, the Environment Agency for waste transfer compliance.

Retention

Quote enquiries are kept for 12 months. Waste transfer notes are kept for the legally required period (currently 2 years).

Your rights
