We price according to the volume and type of waste, access, labour and disposal costs. Sofa collection starts from £100 for a 2 seater (armchairs from £80, 3 seaters from £120), mattress disposal from £60 and fridge or freezer collection from £80. Every customer receives a personalised fixed quotation before work begins.

Yes. Hampshire Waste Clearance Services is fully licensed by the Environment Agency (Waste Carrier Licence CBDU626032) and covered by £5 million public liability insurance. Every job comes with a legal waste transfer note.

Yes. We take waste to licensed facilities and recycle wherever possible. A waste transfer note is provided with every clearance.

No. If the items are accessible (front garden, side alley, garage), we're happy to collect while you're at work. We'll send you photos of the cleared job and take card payment over the phone.

We can remove almost anything — furniture, appliances, garden waste, builders rubble, mattresses and general household junk. Please note: We do not collect hazardous waste.

We accept card, bank transfer and cash. Payment is taken once the job is finished and you're happy. No deposits, no hidden fees — the price is agreed before collection based on the items and access described.

An alternative to hiring a skip — we load and remove the waste for you, so there's no skip left at your property. You only pay for the space your waste actually takes up on the truck, and we do all the lifting and loading. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll quote your job so you can compare it against a skip yourself.

Yes. We collect armchairs starting from £80, 2 seater sofas starting from £100, single mattresses starting from £60 and single fridges/freezers starting from £80. Bundle multiple items and the per-item price drops further.

Yes. Fridges and freezers must be handled by a licensed WEEE recycling facility under F-gas regulations — we collect the unit and pass it to our licensed WEEE recycling partner, including American-style units and chest freezers.

Yes. Single mattresses start from £60, doubles from £70, kings from £80 and super kings from £90. A mattress and divan together starts from £80. Mattresses are sent to licensed recycling facilities — never fly-tipped.

Yes. Sofas without a fire label need to go through a licensed disposal route. We can collect them.

In most cases, yes. A standard 2–3 bed house clearance is completed in a single day, with additional help arranged where the job needs it. Larger properties or probate clearances may run to a second day — we'll tell you before you book.

Yes. We work discreetly with executors, solicitors and family members — sorting keepsakes and clearing the property to a sale-ready standard.

Yes. Bricks, rubble, plasterboard, timber and site packaging cleared without you hiring a skip. Ideal for renovations, extensions and small builds across Hampshire.

Yes. Grass, brambles, branches, turf, decking, fence panels and old sheds all cleared in a single visit. No garden waste subscription required.

Yes. We dismantle timber, metal and concrete outbuildings, remove every last piece and leave the ground level and swept.

Yes. For straightforward collections, clear photos and accurate information will usually allow us to quote remotely, and the price is agreed before collection based on the items and access described. Larger or more complex clearances may require a free site visit before confirming the final price.

We can collect seven days a week, between 7am and 8pm. For larger house and commercial clearances, available dates and times can be discussed during the quotation or site visit.

Yes. Every clearance — domestic or commercial — comes with a fully compliant waste transfer note, so you're covered under the Environment Agency's duty of care regulations.

We carry £5 million public liability insurance and full goods-in-transit cover. Certificates available on request for commercial or letting-agent customers.

No. Our quote includes all lifting, carrying and loading — including flats, lofts, tight staircases and long carries.
