We are fully insured and take care to protect carpets, staircases and floors while we work. As a family-run business, you deal with Jason directly from the first call to the finished clearance.
Furniture, white goods, carpets, curtains, wardrobes, beds, kitchen contents, garage contents, loft contents and garden waste all go in the same visit. We dismantle wardrobes and beds on site, disconnect washing machines and cookers, and remove all soft furnishings that would otherwise breach fire-labelling rules.
Because we're locally based in Hampshire and licensed directly by the Environment Agency (waste carrier registration CBDU626032), we deal with you directly rather than through a national broker. Householders have a legal duty to use an authorised waste carrier, and our Environment Agency registration can be checked on the public register at any time. Every load is taken to a licensed waste transfer station.
Every clearance is sorted before disposal. Appliances are handled as WEEE through licensed facilities, and the remaining waste goes to a licensed waste transfer station — we recycle wherever possible.
If the clearance is part of a probate or bereavement, we work as sensitively as you need us to — putting keepsakes aside for the family, liaising with solicitors and executors, and leaving the property broom-swept and estate-agent ready.

Do you clear whole houses and flats?+
Yes. We clear complete houses, bungalows and flats, as well as partial clearances of a few rooms. For full clearances we're happy to visit first and give you a free, no-obligation quote.
Can you clear the loft and garage as well?+
Yes. Lofts, garages, sheds and outbuildings, plus garden or outside contents, can all be included in the same clearance. Just let us know when you book the visit.
Can I tell you which items must stay?+
Of course. Before we start we walk through the property with you, or with the executor, and agree what stays. Anything marked to keep is left where it is.
Do you visit the property before quoting?+
For full house and larger property clearances, yes. A free on-site visit lets us see the volume, access, stairs and parking so the quotation is accurate. For smaller jobs, a few photos are usually enough.
What happens on clearance day?+
The crew arrives at the agreed time, checks the list of items that stay, loads everything else, and sweeps through before leaving. You receive a waste transfer note for the waste we remove.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We're a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (CBDU626032) and hold £5 million public liability insurance.
How long does a full house clearance take?+
A typical two-bedroom home is cleared in 3–5 hours. A three-bed house with a full loft, garage and garden usually takes a full day. We'll confirm the timeframe when we quote.
Can you clear the house if I'm not there?+
Yes. Many clearances can be carried out with the owner or executor away. We can arrange key collection with your solicitor or estate agent and send you before/after photos once the job is finished.
Do you take everything, including carpets and curtains?+
Yes — carpets, underlay, curtains, blinds, light fittings, garden pots and shed contents all go in the same visit if you'd like.
What happens to items still in good condition?+
Please tell us before we start if there is anything you want to keep, and we will leave it untouched. Everything else is disposed of responsibly and recycled wherever possible.
Do you provide paperwork for probate?+
Yes. You'll receive an itemised invoice and a waste transfer note for the clearance — both accepted by solicitors and executors as proof of compliant disposal.
